Christmas and Ashburnham where we got engaged! Hello hello fellow Xangarians! Well I haven't been on for a while and feel the need to complete an update dump! Currently sitting in my room doing revision! I have one exam left and it should be quite straightforward- I hope! It's a practical and having just had an outpatients placement I should be ok. Christmas was lovely, so great to have a break and catch up with people in Brighton. I love christmas at home, with all the family and it was great this year to have the extra addition of a certain boyfriend...now fiance! Sounds strange to say! You know when your younger and whenever you think of anyone getting married you always think of people older....like when you say 'when I grow up I want to be....' well I still feel like anyone getting married is older than me!! I still have the common sense of someone about 12 and enjoy girlie sleepovers and doing each others hair!! Yet in 7months and one day I will be saying 'I do' and forever living with a boy!!!!!! But that does make me smile! I'm a very happy girl and without getting soppy I can't wait! So anyway....If you hadn't already guessed (must have fallen asleep momentarily there!) I got engaged at New Year to the very gorgeous Mr Jason Brown. The date is set as the 18th August 2007- so keep the date free!! We've so far arranged quite a lot (well Jason has- I think he's keen!) My housemates talk about my wedding more than I do and are currently in debate as to whether I should keep Bedford in my surname and be Louise Bedford- Brown? Any thoughts? They think it sounds quite posh! I'm not so sure....quite like the simplicity of Brown! All wedding magazines are currently hidden in a bottom drawer until my exams are over- started to get distracting!! I can see how people say that a wedding takes over their lives, you could quite easily talk about nothing else if you wanted to! But I will not and therefore my blog will not become one of wedding updates! Instead it will be faithful naritives of the upcoming fun and frolics to be had!! The agony of trying to loose 25st in 7months (minor exageration!) and to also complete the 2nd year of the degree I seem to forget that I'm doing!! Right back to revision!! Stay smiling! |
